I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about helping people feel seen, understood, and supported.

I specialize in helping adults and older adults manage depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, as well as supporting those facing cognitive or behavioral changes. My approach blends medication management with supportive talk therapy, education, and practical coping strategies.

I believe care should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering, and I enjoy working side by side with clients to create treatment plans that fit their individual needs.
