I have worked as a therapist for the past 12 years, I have worked in multiple clinics/practices. In addition to that I have been a supervisor and adjunct faculty. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD and autism.

I believe I work best with individuals and I can work across all ages and backgrounds.

I work with clients to help them understand how their actions, behaviors and beliefs are natural consequences of their relationships with themselves and internal beliefs. I utilize a lot of EMDR work as well as motivational interviewing.

I work remotely, from my home.
